Is PDFScanly free?
Yes. All the scanning tools are free. A small "Scanned with PDFScanly" badge is added to shared files, which you can remove for one share by watching a short video, or for good with Premium.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. Scanning, filters, text extraction and translation all happen on your phone. Your documents stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything works offline. Translation needs the internet once to download each language (about 30 MB).
Which languages can it read?
Text extraction reads English and other Latin-script languages, and Hindi. Translation covers 18 languages including Urdu and Arabic.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose PDFScanly and tap Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
